We accept cash payments that are made within a period of 30 days or enjoy a payment plan of up to 12 months.

We offer site visits from Monday to Saturday and upon request on Sundays. 

We offer free site visits from our offices in Kitengela, Africa House room 1, or at Thika Road, Jewel Complex, 4th-floor room 1. 

You can reserve your plot with any amount, however, each plot has a minimum deposit which must be paid 7 days after reserving the plot, 

Upon deposit payment, you sign two copies of the offer letter, make payments for your plot then we start on the documentation process upon full payment, where you will give us a copy of your ID, KRA PIN, postal address, and 3 passport photos. After signing the sale agreement and transfer forms, we wait for the title deed to be processed.

Upon full payment of your plot, we initiate a transfer and your title should be processed within 1- 2 weeks
